How do I place an order with Queenstown Luxury Linen
We simplify the ordering process. Firstly, we will agree on a bespoke service with you. In most cases, your linen will be laundered according to this schedule. In some cases, for existing clients, you can log into your portal and request a service, and for new clients, we’d be delighted to deliver a bespoke solution – you can send us a quote request via email, or call us any time!
Why do you use RDIF microchipping technology?
By weight: Transparency and honesty are corner stones of our business which is why we only charge based on the final weight of your laundry.
Often, laundry arrives wet, which can considerably increase its initial weight. To counter this, we calculate the weight of your order after the laundering process is complete.
By piece: We have published our per piece rates here
By volume: We do not currently have a volume price – but we welcome your enquiry if you have specific or unusual laundry needs and we can create a bespoke pricing solution for you. Contact us:
How old are your machines?
Our machines are brand new in November 2024, and in January 2025! That means you and your customers benefit from the latest wash technology, ensuring a deep fresh comfortable clean every time!
Our commitment to your customer’s comfort will ensure we upgrade our machines and sense-check our protocols frequently.
Can I drop my linen/laundry off?
As part of your bespoke solution, we’ll organise a schedule that meets your needs. For your peace of mind, we suggest you log in via your customer portal or submit a service request, so you have a confirmed receipt.
How long does it take?
We have a standard 48 hour turn around time. It’s important to note that we carry 3 x your stock needs so there will always be linen available for you.

Do you offer a recurring service?
Yes. Through your customer portal you can manage your scheduling preferences or choose your pick up times and frequencies so you are always in control.
What care is taken with laundry detergents?
Our standard operating protocol is to use eco friendly luxury detergent during the wash cycle and lightly scented dryer sheets during the drying cycle
How much stock do you carry?
We carry stock equivalent to three times your needs, which ensures that we have you covered, always! In case of an emergency, lost or misplaced linens, we can swap in new stock at a moments notice!
Do you use anti allergenic products?
Our standard washing and drying products are hyper allergenic. However, if you have a client with specific allergy challenges, please let us know immediately so we can consult you on specific allergens.
Can you explain the microchipping technology?
We us the latest in RFID technology which ensures your linen is always trackable, that we can monitor the wear and tear and we can anticipate potential losses. This level of linen management is imperative to ensuring we are always operating in your best interests.
