Commitment to Quality

We handle all items with the utmost care, employing industry best practices to ensure the integrity and longevity of your linens. However, due to the nature of laundering, we cannot guarantee against all risks, including:

Pre-existing damage or wear.

Manufacturer defects in fabric or stitching.

Lost or misplaced items

Colour fading or shrinkage due to fabric type or previous treatment.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the items, including any special care instructions.

Disclosing stains, damages, or vulnerabilities of the materials.

Ensuring items provided are free of non linen materials or valuables.

Pickup and Delivery

We offer convenient pickup and delivery services within Queenstown. Timely access to the pickup and delivery location is the client’s responsibility. Fees may apply for missed pick-ups or deliveries or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods and adhere to New Zealand consumer protection laws regarding payment and refunds.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, via your client portal. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy and comply with the Privacy Act 2020. Any personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we commit to resolving it promptly and amicably in accordance with New Zealand law. Should resolution not be achieved, disputes may be escalated to the Disputes Tribunal or other relevant authorities.
